We aim to keep our customers happy, but sometimes we don't always get it right. In these circumstances we'd like to hear from you so that  we can put it right, to your satisfaction.  Please compete the form opposite.

 

We aim to:

Resolve complaints as quickly as possible.

Where issues cannot be quickly resolved we will provide details of our investigations and a timeline for when we will respond fully to the complaint.

We  usually respond to complaints within 10 working days from date of submission.
