Dry mixed recycling bins
Recycling is just as important at the workplace as it is at home, and for many businesses, because of Simpler Recycling legislation, it’s also a legal requirement. Micro businesses (less than 10 employees), will need to comply with the legislation from April 2027. This means businesses need to separating food waste, glass and dry mixed recycling from general waste into separate containers.
Our dry mixed recycling collection service makes complying with Simpler Recycling legislation easier. We’ll supply you with one (or more) of our Red-top-recycler bins that suits the volume of waste you’re producing. You can put all kinds of clean, dry recyclables in this bin, whether it’s paper, cans, plastic bottles or cardboard, and we sort it for you at our local recycling depot.

FAQ's
-
How to get a recycling bin for a business?
When you sign up for our mixed recycling service, we’ll supply you with a recycling bin (or multiple bins if required) for your business. We have a range of sizes available, and we’ll work with you to understand your requirements and provide the appropriate bin. Once it’s delivered, you can put all your clean, dry recyclables in it, and we’ll do the rest.
-
Where should I store my recycling bin?
Your recycling bin should be stored securely off the street, ideally in a private space that’s convenient for staff and accessible for collection. Storing your bins away from public walkways and roads, and in a location that’s easily accessible to our collection vehicles, helps ensure a smooth collection process.
-
How do I know which recycling bin I'll need?
We’ll work with you to understand your business and your recycling requirements. Together, we’ll select a container and collection schedule that suits your requirements and preferences and regularly review to ensure our service changes in line with your requirements.
