Specialist Commercial Skip Hire
Our specialist business skip hire service is perfect for companies based in Bristol, Bath, Swindon and the West Country, providing a cost-effective, sustainable way to dispose of all kinds of business waste, providing delivery within 48 hours.
Skips for Segregated waste
In most cases our specialist skips require waste to be carefully sorted into particular waste types to assist with recycling.
Typical segregated waste skips can be ordered for green waste, hardcore, metal and asbestos.
We can supply 6-yard and 14-yard open and enclosed skips.
Our standard 6yd skips have: a drop rear door for easy loading and enclosed, lockable containers for hazardous waste.
If you require on-road permits for a 6 yd skip we can help organise these for you too.
For help and advice on our specialist skip services or to get a quote please give us a call.

Residential skip hire
If you’re planning a household clear-out, refitting your kitchen or landscaping your garden, our skips are the perfect solution for your waste. Our 6-yard skip, also known as a builder’s skip, is the ideal size for many residential projects, with a capacity of around 55 black bags. But if you need more space, you can also book our 14-yard open or enclosed skips.
We are a fully licensed waste carrier, meaning we’ll properly dispose of your waste, and you won’t be subject to the huge fines that can be associated with using unlicensed operators. We can also organise your on-road permits for you, so you can focus on your home improvement project and leave the waste disposal to us.

What can I put into a skip?
We can provide skips for many different types of waste. As well as general and construction waste, we can arrange collection of asbestos, plasterboard, wood, hardcore, metal and green waste. You just need to give us a call to arrange this. See our ‘What can you put in our skips’ section above for more info.
-
How long can you keep a skip for?
Our skips are available to hire for 14 days as standard, but if you need them for longer, we can arrange an extension. Call us for further details.
-
What size skip do I need? For smaller household jobs, a 6-yard skip should be large enough with a capacity equivalent to 55 black bags. For larger projects or businesses, a 14-yard skip is more likely to be required. These can hold the equivalent of 130 black bags. For more information about their sizes and capacities, see our ‘Range of sizes and capacities’ section above.
-
How full can you fill a skip?Skips can’t be overloaded. This can make transportation dangerous as debris can fly off as they’re moving, potentially damaging vehicles or buildings or injuring pedestrians. You should fill to the top of the skip - a level load, and avoid items protruding beyond the edges of the skip.
-
How should I fill my skip?
It’s key to avoid overloading. If a skip is overfilled, we can refuse collection. Where possible, place heavy items at the bottom for balance, and consider what you’re putting in. Sort items and recycle where possible.
-
Do I need a skip permit?
If your skip is going to be placed on a public road, designated parking areas or highway, it will need a permit. We can supply on-road permits at additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
-
How much space do I need for a skip?
You need to ensure there’s sufficient space for the vehicles delivering your skip to operate safely. As a guide here are some requirements our vehicles may need to unload and load your skip.
