Enock Ebbah, Bristol Care Homes Sustainability Manager said: “Our partnership with Hills Waste Solutions is a pivotal step toward achieving our long-term Net Zero goals. By leveraging real-time waste data and a waste-hierarchy-led approach, we are significantly enhancing our recycling efficiency.

Caroline Wilde, Divisional Director - Commercial & Industrial at Hills Waste Solutions said:

“Bristol Care Homes’ decision to partner with Hills demonstrates their strong commitment to progressing towards net zero. We are proud to welcome them alongside the growing number of care home operators who trust us to support their sustainability goals. Our team will work closely with theirs to ensure full compliance, drive continuous improvements in recycling performance, optimise waste management efficiencies and help reduce carbon impacts across their operations.”

Tula Welsh, Sales Manager at Hills Waste Solutions commented: “The management team at Bristol Care Homes can utilise Hills’ customer portal, which gives them real time data about their bin weights, sustainability metrics, and real-time collection updates, helping them to track progress and make informed decisions.”

Rich Crocker, CEO, Bristol Care Homes summarised: “Working with Hills Waste Solutions fully aligns with our short and long term aims of our waste management processes, reducing waste wherever possible, increasing our recycling opportunities and considering the impact we have on the environment through carbon footprint reductions.”
